  Laws should be understood by the general populace in their own languages and not English. Where are the academics whose specialty should be customary law? We are waiting on them to further CODIFY Ghana's indigenous legal codes under the jurisdiction of Ghana's chiefs.
  
  Sorry, Ghana is a failed state because of academics and Western-style law. We need a revolution about law, politics, economics etc.
