Should a student study English language and or French for 2 or 3 years, he or she will be acquainted with the use of the language in many ways, he or she will understand the intricacies in the language usage, thereafter he or she can study whatever faculty they may have at heart. Many students fail mostly because they don't understand the intricate usage of the language, they don't know how to answer properly even with the right or wrong answers. It is not possible to go through 10 or 12 years in school with such number of failure. If it is, probably it is because the student doesn't understand the usage of the language. Not to understand the question means that the way the question is put is not clear for the student, and that's language.The same applies with Fench. I suppose.
