  This Youth Employment Programme must have an educational component - The Kayayes & Kayahes must be taught to read & write & and be literate.
  
  The YEP must be decentralized regionally, each region must have its own YEP.

  This Kayayie in NDC manifesto is a gimmick of cheap way to secure vote but they are not fools.If Ghanaians may recall SADA was initiate to employ Kayayie to be train into rearing Nkonfem and others to do tree planting and watering.Folks don't trust this Mahama lies and even steal $148 million meant to buy sanitary pads for girls to stay in class but our criminal president is not trust worthy.Folks he promise 10 colleges but he stole the money too because it was captured in 2014 budget.Foljs president John Dramani Mahama is a thief.
