  You made the decision to drop out of university in order to pursue your ambition of becoming a writer. It is now for your readers to judge what kind of writer you are: a great or not so one. Just concentrate on the writing and leave the rest to your readers, agent, publishers, etc.

  This is a foolish story which should not be published for public reading,I believe this man was sick in the head but not the stupid reasons that he mentioned. He should better go back and continue the course.

  1. Do you know most of the successful 'school dropouts' you mentioned found success on campus before 'rationally' dropping out to focus on growing that success?
  
  2. Do you know those dropouts were actually shaped by the experiences, lessons, and links they made on campus? And thus the school was rather key and pivotal in making them successful
  
  3. Do you know how many successful school dropouts there are in Ghana?
  
  4. Do you know your chosen field of writing rather requires academia and that maybe you should have chosen your school and course of study more responsibly?
  
  5. Do you know most of those you mentioned were very smart and educated pple - some from very affluent homes?
  
  Success isn't just born from taking risks. You can get lucky but success is born from calculated risks. Everybody has dreams. Read between the lines of the success stories you read. Focus more on developing yourself and less on being so full of yourself. The article is unnecessary. From what I see too, you are not even that good (mediocrity sells in Ghana anyway so this opinion may not matter).
  
  Don't get me wrong - dropping out can turn out to be a great decision if your new found freedom is used wisely. However if some of your reasons are to go by, then your decision was an uninformed one.
