  he proclaims that the Freedom of information Act gets used by only a few people in the USA. Does he realise why? it's because only a relatively few records are classified secret by the US Government unlike our country where everything is secret until an official decides it is not!
  One could go on. There's a word to describe this fellow but one won't use it.

  If Mr. Colin Essamuah cares to re-read his essay, this is his essence:
  
  A majority of public advocates and intellectuals, being elites, are deliberately ignorant with respect to the meaning and implications of democratic governance in a perfect working political system they fail to see or recognize, perhaps, for reasons only best known to them.
  
  So, maybe our Mr. Colin Essamuah will come back and identify for all Ghanaians what he understands as "...the whole structure and architecture...of democracy" in Ghana.
  
  With respect to the RTI bill the first draft of which was developed by the NPP government, maybe when our Mr. Colin Essamuah returns, he will also identify for all to see what "advantage" accrue to the "damned...respectable public advocates who are pushing (it)...to their advantage...".
  
  And while at that, he could explain why those same "respectable public advocates" are in his mind outside out of order practically throwing stones at the halls of "democratic government...persuasion, and lobbying...".
  
  Maybe, Essamuah knows a lot. He knows so much that he did not see that it could have helped his own argument if he had bothered to present some data to back up his thesis.
