  full of corruption how can a girl get 15 and not placed any of her four schools rather in a technical school. Hearing we need to pay bribe at the secretariat for her school to be changed.

  A friend of mine had aggregate 17 and she was placed in krobo girls her first choice and I had aggregate 14 but I had my third choice which is abuakwa state college so is it possible
