The only problem is that he has up till now failed to tell us which educational institution trained him as such.
When Akufo-Addo said his law certificate is missing, isn't that different from what you're now telling us, only because you're determined to defend and save him? If he became a lawyer through the means you're describing to us, why wouldn't he himself tell us? Why did he tell us that he had the degree but the certificate was missing? Ghanaians are more sophisticated than that, Prof. Asare. You can't fool us

I should also add that the apprenticeship is still vogue in the USA.. You do not need a law degree but how you will pass the BAR is up to you..
I should also add that you do not need an engineering degree in the USA to become a professional engineer (PE) but you need to pass the PE and the EIT...Some people with master's degree cannot pass..so how you will manage to pass is up to you....

The most funniest thing ever, to me is that with all their degrees and certificates they have exhibited incompetence to the highest level ever. Which degree does the deputy minister for education holds? No wonder the kids are not doing much better.
You have engineers who are holding all kinds of degrees and can't fix their cars when it breaks down by the roadside so they have to wait in the sun for one of these boys who has used this same apprentice system to learn how to fix cars to come to their rescue. Same goes for an electrical engineer, who can't fix his pressing iron and sends it to an electrician who also used the same apprentice system to learn how to fix electrical gadgets and the electrical engineer will be at the mercy of this person who had not schooled much. He will be tossing the this electrical engineer up and down. He(the electrical engineer) goes to him every evening when he's on his way home from work.
Dr. Kwame Nkrumah had no degree , he had a honorary degree but he's the best thing ever that has happened to mother Ghana.
Acquiring the knowledge is going to give you the degree and certificate but applying that knowledge is wisdom and having wisdom will make you competent.

The Ghana Government spends money on its citizens only to be snached by a developed country. Some countries are however regulating this practice by making the host country pay for the services of these people. That explains the "try me" mantra. But I can't see how Agorwu or Kpogas will leave their businesses in the hands of an apprentice who says "try me". It's good to know that after all, Nana Addo trained as a "boy boy" lawyer. Ghana has come of age; we don't have to go to the UK to be a "boy boy" lawyer, we can get attached to Akoto Ampaw here in Ghana after which we can become "certificate-less lawyer" and move on to ask Ghanaians to "try me" for the presidency. My question is how come? even though there were other anomalies on the certificate, the address can never be east legon considering the year of his apprenticeship for such place exist not at that time, and if it were the case that he went for the certificate later, his original details at the time of the apprenticeship should have been used.

If so, then it is a dubious institution and it is even worse when we think of the fact that such an apprentice can preside over life and death situations. In any case, if it were in the field of education, Akufo Addo would at the very best be referred to as a pupil teacher. In the legal profession, perhaps we should say he is an apprenticed lawyer and stop referring to him as a "legal luminary" because he has proved that he is far, very far from being a luminary in any positive sense.

Surely there must be a certificate or some kind of document after any apprenticeship training, which Nana Akufo Addo doesn't have. So where is the evidence that he actually had law training?
So after all Akuffo Addo had no Law Degree but has been parading himself as such, he is a fraudster. He is only banking his hope on the 3rd class first degree he obtained in Legon. What a shame.

Since every institution presents a certificate to an apprentice at the end of his/her program, we expect him to show us his certificate if indeed he was trained.
