This Prof.Lungu can only be an educated illiterate at best.the requirements for qualififying as a practising lawyer in the US state of Califonia are through four(4) roures.all 4 routes are mutually exclusive of each other except if one chooses to combine any 2 or more of the 4 options available making it option 5.for example one may choose option 1 and midway through his program drop that option for option 3 which is via correspondemce.in that case, the reults obtained initially through the courses already done via option 1 are accessed to determine the next stage of placement of such a candidate in other to allow the candidate continue the progression of his studies.this ensures that such a candidate would need not start afresh in between choosing any of the 4 options available. So Prof.Asare is very right that in Califonia one can qualify as a lawyer through option 4( ie understudying in a law chamber or at a law practice. This so called Prof.Lungu must be such a lungu lungu corner corner idiot.

We could concede on the "cumulative" points depending on how long the person availed themselves of any one of Factor 1-3. (Fact is, one does not have forever to complete requirements for college/Law degree, to complete a college course, even).
Significantly, you must have noticed the emphasis on "Law School" in Factors 1-3, WRT California.
So, you are effectively wallowing in theory, and like Prof Asare, are continuing to poorly serve the reader.
How many people take the bar exam in the US who "understudied in a law chamber" every year, Asare?
Might they be like you?
Might they ever pass the test to qualify to practice as lawyers in any state in the US?
Maybe you were too stuck on theory and/or did not read up to our notes!
DATA: Last year, "out of 83,963 bar exam takers, only 60 INDIVIDUALS (0.07%) were apprentices/chamber-trained. Out of the 60, a mere 17 (28%) succeeded in passing the bar exam to become eligible to practice law, compared to 71% for those out of ABA-approved law schools."
So, of what use is all that talk about law apprenticeship in the 21st Century, even in Ghana?
Greetings!
