That, however, is not how it's been reported by the EC.
You talked in the abstract that there is going to be challlenges, something along those lines, but neglected to ask the 12/13 to go to court.
All this to say, we did provide a rather strong critique to your long essay/comments. That also is gone, vanished from Ghanaweb.
So, keep on blaming Nkrumah when you are unable to sleep, and when you are able to sleep.

By your absent-mindedness, you have just confirmed that indeed you are one of those "lawyers" who only got to Law School long after we had taken a course or 2 in US laws, among other courses. And you of all people aught to be able to know/infer!
But, you are continuing to show evidence of laziness, lack of attention to detail, same as many of those politicians now disqualified by the EC exhibit, whom you are now blindly defending.

Prof Asare was talking about Justice Marshall/Thurgood, period.
FACT: Fact of the matter is, John Marshall was a lawyer alright. But John Marshall was never, ever, a "Justice" (e.g. Justice Marshall).
Not in Virginia!

Not in 1790
Not in 1800 - when John Marshall was indeed the US Secretary of State!
Not in 1801 when Federalist John Marshall was appointed and confirmed as "Chief Justice" of the Supreme Court of the USA.
