Is it not in the British laws for the Prime minister to grant pardons? Is it not a presidential power of a US president to grant pardons? Are British courts not replete with wig wearing judges who render convoluted decisions just as long as they do so in law?
Yes I know you and others like you have been bought and sold to one political party or the other but if you don't think a presidential candidate. Nana Akufo-Addo or a member of Parliament, Kennedy Agyapong, belong in jail for their numerous calls for mayhem and inciting anarchy and acts of violence on citizens why then do others belong in jail because they dared to insult and issue death threats against judges? In your world as a closet NPP foot soldier some lives are worth more than others, hypocrisy in law and a breach of law and the constitution by Ghana's Supreme Court Justices for acting as police, prosecution, jury and judge in the case of Monte 6 shows you to be an unprincipled classroom educated full of ignorance and a danger to Ghana. Stay where you are and enjoy but your kind will not be missed.
What kind of idiot are you? The other day it was Sarpong, and now you've directed your useless verbiage towards Mr Badu.

What kind of idiot are you? The other day it was Sarpong, and now you've directed your useless verbiage towards Mr Badu.
I find it extremely abhorrent how you and why you, time and time again fail to grasp the gist of an article. Mr Badu uses presidential pardon clause in our constitution to advance his argument on dictatorship. Mr Badu even admits that such powers cannot be deemed as dictatorship. So I don't know where you're coming from. Can't you assess critically? What a shame!
Next time, just put your reading cap on and come out objectively.
