  People realizing the intent , made a business case of it. That is the product of what you see people use it do anything from charging phone to cooking to being used as enama!
  
  The main idea so so sow the idea out there that look, don't take our " change " for a joke, we will go any length to " protect" it. That is what it means.

  Needless to say, Ghana's physical development is challenged four-square.
  
  We in fact neglected to mention/add that if indeed persons and families do not have access to portable water to brush their teeth but must resort to Kalyppo, the Chewing Stick of the forebears were good enough to prevent kids from growing up with rotten teeth.
  
  Now, that goes all the way back to the day before independence, before, and after.

That you should be writing on something as elementary as this, after 60 years of independence, as if we were an unwashed nation before independence.   Safe to say Ghana continues to have great developmental issue given resources assigned to Ghana by nature and the sheer political will of Kwame Nkrumah. Fact is, he ensured every inch of land within the orbit of Ghana was integrated into Ghana.
  
  But, it is contemporary elites with power (and the larger, unreformed chieftancy institution) that are failing at the development table.
  
  We still have not seen any notice from the Ministry of Health and Education, and Tourism, about these developments.

  BTW- The fact that Kalyppo is "produced" in Ghana does not necessarily mean the production machinery and financial support for Kalyppo are those of Ghana nationals.
