  Are you trying to tell us it's just easy to walk to the supposed Land Title Registry, or it takes a normal proceedure to register one's acquired land?

  Are you trying to tell us it's just easy to walk to the supposed Land Title Registry, or it takes a normal proceedure to register one's acquired land?
  
  How many doors do you have to pass through before you are issued with a form to fill in your application? We all know you must first pay bribe before you submit your forms and in the course of tracking your application, everyone working there will demand bribe before you are told how and what.
  
  Going through these frustrations, one would relent his efforts to get his documents done. Even a common drivers' license is taking more than a year to issue allowing people to drive without license, and what the police does is to take bribes from drivers when caught driving without license.

  As someone into real estate bin thought you were going to give us tips on how to overcome the real issues of land registration. Maybe this piece is meant for some aliens to entice them to buy land in Ghana. This law should have gone the logical step of giving all land owners an ultimatum to register their lands. That way land can only be sold with land title certificates. The chiefs would like to do so but the huge amounts demanded by the commission and registry forces them to sell the land and leave the registration to the buyer. One solution is for the lands commission to register all lands and the cost spread to the number of plots. That way every buyer pays their part and gets the title without having to go through the whole process like every other buyer whj buts from the same parcel of land. It will.just be a mater if transferring the title from the owner to the buyer.
