  Whatever you and the NDC may think of him, the fact is, Amidu's a hero in the eyes of most Ghanaians. He has what's lacking in this govt - honour and integrity.

  After Amidu's hasty diatribe for his fifteen minutes of fame after having being absent from the headlines for a while, he seems to becoming to his senses.He jumped into conclusion unlike a person who had held the highest law title in Ghana just to feed on his appetite for attention seeking.
  
  The ec chairman as the custodian of that institution has a duty to protect the commissions integrity and to ensure that the law and regulations governing that institution is protected according to their interpretation.
  
  it was sad to hear Amidu calling for the chairs resignation when all she is doing is to follow due process and leave the onus on the sc to make a decision to bring the matter to a finality.By doing that the ec would have done its job and buck of posterity will stop with the Supreme court.
  
  Amidu now realizes that he has jumped the gun and is now trying to correct his stupid outburst made just to boast his ego because he realizes now that he has been stupid.If the ec should over look potential and glaring criminality Amidu would have even call the ec chair worse names.
  
  Goodness that he Amidu has come to his senses.The buck must stop with the sc.They have encouraged these culture of litigation into the Ghanaian culture for entertaining all sort of frivolous writs.They may have done more harm in the process than good.

There was no list of people having qualified to contest a presidential election, rather the application submitted was defective, forgery and tainted with fraud, thus not meriting the requirements for one to be considered as a contesting presidential candidate!
