  Most nurses are just too arrogant. Lack of respect for patients and lifes sometimes. Government hospital nurses are worse.

  Nicely written. I suggest you educate the patient while in the queue to maake them aware of these situations. Communication is key in such circumstances. You can equally have posters or notices at the waiting area so that the ...

  Nicely written. I suggest you educate the patient while in the queue to maake them aware of these situations. Communication is key in such circumstances. You can equally have posters or notices at the waiting area so that the waiting patients can read and understand why attend to others earlier than the rest. This will clear their minds off any conspiracy theories when you attend to patients who are late but are being attended to.

  Confidence, I have followed u on Facebook for sometime and can vouch for the mettle u are made for.
  But same cannot be done to all other nurses, some are really giving u guys a bad name.
