  12 disqualifications may seem aggressive or question the calibre of candidates. But not vindictive. Even with lawyers there is no real guaranteed safety net anywhere.
  
  The case of Zenator wining her apeal seems to be getting negative review here. In the main from the layman's point how a High Court could actually find against her is the major question.
  
  If Zenator had not won on her Appeal, a great injustice would have taken place. She should never ever have lost her case at the High Court in the first place.
  
  In my experience Lawyers definitey ditch their clients to open an avenue for more revenue generation or they themselves do not understand the law as it stands. Dr Ndoum's case is simply testing the law versus cash.
  
  Even if the law says errors can be rectified, are blatant forgeries errors? Intent to mislead although harmless is illegal and not an error.
  
  The NPP petition the outcome of 2012 results. If such blatant forgeries and one person duplicating slots were found, could they have been ignored?

  Exactly what I asked on his article on his face book page and he responded me by saying he has done it before and somehow there are some operative aparatus within EC has conspired to forged information on his document ;in other words ,there was a "conspiracy theory" played out which I emphatically reject that of notion and argued to Dr N'duom that ,EC applied their rule of law governing them and guided by constuition and therefore ,he cannot play a "blamed game " for that matter.still, Dr N'duom insisting he was unfairly booted out of the game and that reminded me of Dr N'duom article on facebook I responded :"
  There is a difference between "Leadership skill and Management skills" (Powered by: Havard BusinessReview on leadership) in which Dr N'duom lack leadership skills that can't put him on presidencial ticket.The reason was that Dr N'duom lack some certain skills and one of them is Communication skills; a central key to the leadership position.One may have money, and wealth and if looking for power and lack communication skills that can shape the forefront of the objectives of achieving that power.it is a waste of time and resources and we have seen many people looking for power with similar caliber of Dr N'duom and lastly;"too much to be true" in other words "too known" killing Ghanaians:Forms of application for mortgages; investment , business,governmental forms are more complicated with technicalities and if one not more familiar to those kinds of applications ,one may find it difficult to fill it out and that require a professional with familiarities and this was exactly what Dr N'duom failed to come to terms with and this strives me a question :why can't EC people who being working for EC decades retire and serve as consultants for our democratical process whether for government or individuals
