The mediocrity, greed and arrogance within the system is too much and it is about time we begin to speak up.   It was touted as an achievement when Prez Kuffour's NPP built toilets across the country with HIPC money! Why do we despise small beginnings when in actual fact our literacy rate is not encouraging enough! Those toilets were needed at that time so it was an achievement. We need to decongest the Circle area and the flyover is the best solution. As stated by Prez Mahama, Ghana loses $100m due to the traffic log around that area.

Where were you when the previous government was showing HIPC KVIPs and monkeys eating banana in a festival as a great achievement1!
