  I Agree, voting in Ghana is still along tribal lines, with just about 6% swing votes. It depends which side can chip in more of that swing votes at each election!

  What should determine this elections is "Is the Economy Stupid"? People should vote based on their current economic circumstances.Ask yourself, Are you better off now than 8 years ago? Finito.

  If you are not, vote for CHANGE !! Americans voted for Change, Nigerians voted for CHANGE, UK voted for CHANGE, It is the turn of Ghana to vote for CHANGE.

  We have seen the light therefore those of you npp who are still blind would think that every one is blind therefore would vote for NPP because of your bullshit talks.

  Fact! Majority of Ghanaians vote on tribal lines. Unfortunately, tribalism and nepotism is now the order of the day i Ghana. Competent people are not allowed near positions anymore! It is now about who you know not your competence. Every sector of our country is running down! It is now a curse to show promise of becoming a competent and capable employee... most big men or perhaps middle men will not allow you near the job because they know they may not be able to control you once you get in. You will know and have control in your work so much so that, you cannot be manipulated or threatened by anybody. These big men would rather prefer a relative, tribesmate, a girlfriend or even incompetent person (one they can manipulate) who on most occasions is grossly incompetent. The only hope for competent Ghanaian youth is now multinational companies in which Ghanaians are not yet entrenched/established or have power to influence who is employed. Most competent and promising Ghanaian youth are therefore left frustrated by the system. That is why most young and brilliant/competent Ghanaians try leaving the country in the name of going for further studies, and once out of Ghana, they never wish to come back. The implications of this trend will be disastrous for Ghana! We need to wake up!
