    I wish you could put this into a history book for the Volta region and possibly do same for other regions. I have been educated on this. I come from the Upper West region, though.

    You didn't read the article well. I think he was arguing all along that the Volta Region was called Nr 9 EVEN THOUGH the region was not the ninth created.

    He wrote that Greater Accra (not VR) was the 9th region created.

    What a distortion of facts. The lower Volta Region has always been part of Ghana. In fact, that part of the region was part of Ghana before the Ashanti Region joined.

    Martha Vroom wasn't the first miss Ghana but contested in miss world in 1967 where she was among the top 15.
