I really couldn't agree more with both the tone and complexion of your Opinion piece in Ghanaweb. I am grateful you provided me with companionship in sharing my disdain, anger and sheer disbelief in the nauseating spirit of self-congratulation and back patting by the leadership of the NDC in the commissioning of the Circle Inter-Change.
This underlies the shallowness of the level of ambition of our leadership and its subsequent infection on our people.
This inter-change project is simply one of an urban planning dimension, yet in a country such as ours,is touted as as one for national celebration. Goes to demonstrate our level of ambition!!!!!
This should have been a project to be commissioned by the Mayor of Accra and not the President. We should even count ourselves lucky the day was not declared a national Inter-Change holiday !!!!!!!!

What are all these hue and cry over this bridge also known as undeerpass becos of its double street, one underneath and the other hanging in the air making it one of the seven wonders of world by the Ghanaian standards.Sometimes,politicians who are little minded, fool their followers into believing that any little project they embarked upon in their county are acclaimed as the best or compared to some of the projects they as politicians have seen in their few travels in their life time.As a matter of fact,I fisrt saw these kind of underpasses and herrendous road net works enclosed with walls to prevent noise from disturbing inhabitants of the next city.All these are found in Germany.Another wonder of a road net work is the one made by ex president John Kuffour where vehicular movements are designed to pass through simmingly tunnels round about before surfaced to join another road all together,to avoid traffic jams.We must not play politics with simple road designs to redicle ourselves to other people of the world.
