So you want power and you cannot do simple maths HIPC is debt forgiveness .It will reduce the debt stock. 2 2000-2008 were the best of times ,then the crash .All the economies have been struggling so Ghanas lower rate should be taken in this context In fact Rawlings did well laying a foundation.Right now UK where you live is struggling , is that because of corruption?Even China has a low growth rate .Mahama has done well with all the challenges.TOR is not in the news and dumsor is curtailed.He has laid a platform hoping NPP will stop sabotaging the economy .The long court case, market fires, the strikes and the marches .NPP put your shoulders to the wheel and it will turn faster

Mahama could only be referred to, for the tremendous and progressive loot and share in the country under his administration, if you like, under his watch that makes him, Mahama and his entire NDC thieves feel quilty and are therefore as a result "packing to go" after December 8.

This country is rapidly moving backward, as we can all see, and in addition, in spite of the "war of lies" waged by the Mahama and his NDC against the opposition/NPP, Ghana's disgrace and unrespectability among nations has negatively and tremendously impacted on the credibiliy of Ghana in many ways as a result of the mismanagement, corruption, stealing and mal-administration in the country by the incompetent and corrupt President Mahama and his entire NDC thieves.

As a matter of fact, Kufuor dragged Ghana into HIPC status in April 2001. (To set the record straight, please read "HIPC versus IMF bailout", a Ghanaweb feature article of Nov. 7 2016 by Adu Sarpeah). It may appear a fairly long article but it is worth reading every word of it.

It is OK to finger point and finger wag, but let us stick with facts and not contrived statistical data.
