Unfortunately, the security in Ghana does not know how to control crowds -- you have so many past presidents and dignitaries in one area without the necessary security force/training to keep calm. This could happen anywhere in an election year -- I blame the lack of security, scrutiny of the crowd and clear instructions of what could cause an eviction of an attendee from the funeral. How did folks even get guns past security or were there no metal detectors to screen attendees?
Bokor, be real and objective in your writings -- human beings are the same every where including the US, without the right security system in place to calm and control crowds, many gatherings would be just like what happened in Kumasi.
