How could any Woyome outfit sign contract or MOU with government or any of its agencies without anyone with government oversight authority knowing or being kept in the dark? Yes it happens in Ghana and yes the NPP must bare the blame but idiots will argue otherwise. Readers should remember that government under Rawlings and his NDC run rough shots over Ghanaians. Kufour and his NPP spent 8 years in office but failed to do the one thing every good, effective, smart and principled CEO or head of government does. Instead of fighting to have policies of best practices and procedures of government in place as the law governing operations in every government agency Kufour, his stealing brigade and NPP majority in parliament intentionally and by design left loopholes in place so they can also steal. Any of the NPP internet trolls should write to explain how the Mahama goverment could continue to do business as usual if the Kufour administration had plugged all the holes in government contracts and procurement processes. Oh I forgot Kufour used the same gaping loopholes to award the rest of stadium renovation contrcts to a Chinese government outfit when he visited China with his shinny tincup begging for money; an exercise that always calls for Ghana to give parts of Ghana for free to host nation.
Don't blame Woyome for being a Ghanaian, smart to understand the game our thieves and worthless members of parliament and agency heads play that has enabled him, Woyome, to beat them at their own game. Tell me NPP why Nana Akufo-Addo who has spent all his life in politics not made it his life's work to plug loopholes in government over the years and or just one policy loophole at Bank of Ghana operations Dr. Bawumia sought to close when deputy governor? I rest my case against the NPP and NDC for being as ignorant as they come and for their respective foot soldiers being brain dead to not see through the gimmicks both parties throw at voters while their few steal to become rich in a nation of poor saps.
