  You have over over simplified the problem, other than having an idea,one needs the right economic conditions/climate and incentives to become an entrepreneur. With high interest rates etc., how do folks even come up with a startup capital? Try opening a small business/company in Ghana and see the many impediments that is put in your way by the government agencies. The little money you may have would be consumed by bribes, and going up and down without progress.Many have tried and given up.
