Incase you are not aware, the directive was rather to heighten weaponry checks and ease on road worthy and license checks. So accidents were rather affected.

How I wish he had studied theology' to get this doctor in front of his name because this endocrinology has no relationship to his work as a pastor. this pastor is some 'tintintininti' dictator and I can conclude he became a pastor because of unemployment. PEOPLE SHOULD DO phdS WHICH ARE RELATED TO THEIR JOBS AND I hope this IGP DID SOMETHING LIKE THAT.

Yes we do not always get what we want in life but that comes in life so stop the crap if you know what I mean.
