Your hatred towards Nana will not change anything on the ground and let me tell you that in any political party under "human", there is/are factions which is an undisputable fact. Nana is a man of principles and those who are easily manipulated cannot walk with him and they are the people he dispatched like Paul Afoko, Kwabena Agyepong etc. Paul Afoko being the Chairman of the largest opposition party was in bed with NDC and do you expect Nana to work with him? Since Afoko became Chairman, not a day gone by without something stupid happening with the inner circle of NPP and it is only a fool who will look elsewhere and allow that to go on.

Kufuor has only one vote and if he decides not to vote for Nana, who cares? Nana will never compromise on his principles and if that will cost him the election, so be it.

We have a leader in the person of Mahama who is too daft and people with shallow minds love such a creature because a "garbage container never refuses anything thrown into it" right or wrong? Nana is not like that but John Mahama.

You could be pardoned for the contemptuous lack of understanding of leadership in Ghana and perhaps Africa in general. Because accusing Akufo-Addo of cocainomics belies the self conceited effrontery toward this nobleman. Akufo-Addo is not Kufuor, and cannot be Kufuor, and unless you get the grasp of the dynamics of African leadership, you are apt to repeat the same error as in this article.

Even aside that, look how you went about attacking Sarkodie when, in fact, it was clear to me you had not listened to "Dear Rap" or the 30-track album, "Sarkology.

I have seen you advance such flawed arguments many times but, like I said before, I choose to ignore them because any attempts on my part to deal with them will require extensive response from me, sometimes in a series of articles.

That said, stop commenting on issues if you cannot think critically enough. That is my point. Look at the childish way you went about regarding your commentary on Sarkodie's "Dear Rap," to give you just one example.

Any critical commentator will first listen critically to the lyrical contents of the said song before attempting to make critical assessment of it, which you never did. Are you a critical thinker?

Most of your comments on Ghanaweb lack that critical touch. Now go back and listen to the link I gave you. Tell me whether it is not a fact that Akufo-Addo was involved with drug dealers? This is something every NPP leader knows. It is well documented.

And let me remind you again, I care less about the NPP and the NDC. They are both the same, parties made up of thieves and liars, from Akufo-Addo, Bawumia...to President Mahama.

Pray that Akufo-Addo makes Ghana a developed country.

I have very good friends, well-placed friends around and within the core leadership of the NPP.

One of such who contacted me and encouraged me to join the NPP, so I can use my research abilities to advance the cause of the NPP, cited the sole reason of making money under a potential NPP government to entice me away from the CPP, even though he knew I was not and am not a member of any political party in Ghana.

I flatly refused this offer which went on for many years. And this friend, who has insider information about the intentions of people around Akufo-Addo, has told me a lot of great things about these men and women and what they intend to gain as members of a potential Akufo-Addo government.

Then again, this particular friend of mine has invested, money-wise, so much in the NPP that he is willing to use any means to recoup his investments.

This is why I strongly believe the NPP is not going to be any different from the NDC (but I have refused to share some of these scary info with my readers on Ghanaweb; of course this is no news. We all know people go into politics to make money and not to develop the country).

Plus, the fact that I don't look at politics just like some of my friends do. I love Ghana and Africa and will not compromise my integrity for money.

This is because I believe in real improvement in the standard of life and quality of life for the people, real scientific and technical and industrial development for Ghana and Africa, and not stealing from the government.

In other words these friends who are well placed within the NPP and the NDC, with insider knowledge are merely coming in to make money.

And, finally, I also have well-placed friends with insider knowledge within the NDC. Thus, what I know first-hand from these friends inform the way I write about Ghanaian (and African) politics.

This is why righteous anger permeates my articles. Some readers think I write for the sake of writing because I live in the US and therefore I am not in intimate marriage with realities on political facts on the ground!

I will say NO! It is not political wise for the NPP to have Nana Addo as President now. He is likely going to give Bawumia another John type of luck should he die while in power. It will be difficult or the NPP not to give Bawumia the chance to rule and stand for future elections as in the case of John. However, the NDC tolerates anyone in leadership while the NPP would want to concentrate leadership preferably in the hands of the Akans from specific areas. Well the revealed comments by a top member during closed door meetings to the effect that leadership be in the hands of .... is fresh in most people's mind. Kufuor will prefere John Mahama to take the next four years so that a choiced candidate of the NPP take over in 2020. So I doubt Kufuor and many well meaning NPP followers will either vote for John or spoil the vote.
