Woyorme is NOT a criminal, sayeth the HIGH COURT and the APPEAL COURT of Ghana.Therefore what can anybody do to Woyorme?, Physically arrest him and throw him into jail?. IMPOSSIBLE! For those of you who do not know, the Supreme Court did not declare him a criminal! The Supreme Court said the GHC 51.2 m paid to him was unconstitutional. Any International business contract like that of Woyorme should have been approved by Parliament like any other international contract. The fact that this was not followed by those who awarded him the contract means the payment was UNCONSTITUTIONAL and therefore not valid and he should return the money.Who was supposed to have passed the payment through Parliament?. Mr. Agbesi Woyorme? NO. The Ministers in the then Kufour Government. Why then do we say that he is a 'thief'?. Woyourme can sue anyone who calls him a thief or criminal because no court has declared him so.In the meantime Woyorme has opted to pay the money by instalments and pay all the money by April 2019. He is fulfilling his promise by advancing and initial amount of GHc 4million. The NPP government will be in office on 7th, January 2017. We are all waiting to see if the NPP government can imprison him. They cannot do him 'foko' as some people say!

When an absurdity is a chief... The matter between Alfred Agbeshi Woyome has traveled through the High Court, the Supreme Court, High Court, Appeal Court and again the Supreme Court. Thus in the history of Ghana no one has been hounded and hunted by the state because of his membership of a tribe, a tribe which tribal extremists hate.
Now that the people who don't want Woyome to be paid judgement debt are coming to power they should tighten their belts to vomit whatever the International Court of Arbitration will demand from Ghana for Woyome.
The ruling by the Supreme Court of Ghana still remain the most weakest ruling I have heard in my life.
Why the Supreme Court did not rule that the Chinese construction company which build the stadiums for the CAN 2008 through sole sourcing by the then President Kufuor who sat alone with them to sign the contract not asked to refund the monies it was paid for the sole sourced contract. It is most unfortunate that we have extreme tribalists in all the parties in Ghana who look at issues through tribal lenses.

Ghanaians just stayed unconcerned for Anas to cripple the judiciary system. Where were the police, the BNI, the IGP and all the so called investigative machinery of the nation.

An NPP government will strengthen the institutions to be strong on their own and will be independent of political authorities and by so doing, institutions can work just as it operates in the US, Germany, UK, France, Russia and other advanced countries.

We don't need Nana Akuffu-Addo and Dr Bawumia to come and collect all misplaced monies or properties. They are come to strengthen the existing institutions and arms of government.

You do read about Woyome and his case but you always refuse to understand due to your tribal and political bigotry that influence your faculty of thoughts. Akuffo Addo will be in office and you will all start to blame him daily about Woyome case.

The incoming president, Addo would also be blamed by the Kumahu people too because they have started theirs now, and as Ashantis who are never satisfied by anything orchestrated by others, Akuffo Addo's problem will come from the Ashantis in the NPP.

The judiciary is a failed institution so there is a need to overhaul them but nobody can do it. No wonder if Addo can not either. If the elected president goes to that extent he will begin to have trouble with himself. He is a lawyer and is aware of this reality.
