Politics is indeed a very dirty game and I hope you have lived long enough to know how true that is by looking back at Ghana's past political landscape. It is littered with continuous cycle of loot and share, whether it is NDC or NPP government.

What you have catalogued here is not only one sided but also selective and dangerous journalism. You seem to forget that Ghana is reeling from a-just-completed very contentious election and the choice of words of writers on Ghanaweb must avoid anything that will inflame the general masses. You seem also to have dwelt on the loot and share aspect of Mahamah's government only and in the process painted Kufuor's as Holier-than-thou. But if the truth be known, Kufuor isn't walking on the streets of Ghana with a bright halo over his head either.

Besides Kufuor's hefty ex-gratia that he shamefully crafted for himself at the expense of hungry mouths in the country, the still unsolved and unaccounted for drill ship saga is now sadly in our muted past. And President elect Akufo Addo had a big hand in that loot and share!

This isn't the whole story: you can google "Kufuor's legacy: Sex, Drugs & 'Kokofu Football' " for a partial list of the rest of the story.

Where are all the writers who would for once write for mother Ghana, regardless of the region they come from or their political affiliations.

Believe me...in four or eight years, we will all be convening on this site singing the same song.
