  He got scared because the newly elected president threatened to prosecute and jailed him immediately he took office. Yayha has gotten away with murder for so long he thought he was untouchable.

  How??? ECOWAS via Nigeria diplomats lacks credibility to ensure president jammeh leaves the scene. Not when ECOWAS betrayed Charles Taylor after deals and negotiations were made. This south American president who won nobel peace award has said publicly that non of the faulks rebel will sent to usa to answer to certain crimes committed. Yet the president of that is experting $425m from USA government to help fund their peace deal. If am to advise president jammeh ( who is not any different from j. j. Rawlings) I will advice him to hang on to power in the interim, change power to an accomplice and negotiate with AU for indemnity.
