  Undoubtedly, president jammeh has blood on his hands. At least that is the global perspection about him. But who in the world will sign their own death warrant. If I am to advice president to dig in and stay in power and later hold an election, rig it and hand over power to someone that he can trust. The idea that ECOWAS will send in troops to force jamneh out is a very stupid idea. We have not from Iraq and lybia.

  There is no pressure from the hypocritical West. They have supported Jammeh all these years. Why haven't they imposed economic or military sanctions? If it was Russia or Iran or one their various nemesis, do you think they would be sitting idle? Didn't they try to strangle the Zimbabwean economy to get rid of the corrupt Mugabe? Haven't they been subverting the economy of Venezuela for the last 8 years to get rid of the Chavistas?
  
  The Gambia remains the playground of British and Scandinavian tourists. The West has taken absolutely no economic or political steps to make Jammeh get back to his senses.
