I met a former CEO of Korle Bu recently and we chatted about some of these .Shockingly he admitted there were blockages because of peoples entrenched interests .Short term gain as opposed to the general good .Unless and until we take Obamas advice to build institutions and incorporate accountability we will continue to be doomed
