  It's not too surprising to learn that the Kumawu Traditional Council did not show the interest and commitment in this land case. The reasons are quite obvious, and not too far-fetched. Your only option, as rightly stated, is to sue them for selling you a stolen property, and claim some damages. It's going be a protracted court case, because, the KTC is going to rebuff your claims. It's going to be very interesting to see how you'll be fighting this case out.

  Someone please help clarify if :
  (1) Ignorance of the law is an excuse?
  (2) Buying a "STOLEN" property is an offence?
  (3) Can an illegitimate King represent Adofo in this case? What about the "legitimate" king Oduro?
