  Imagine all these monies ending up in some peoples pocket, how can't Nana give every constituency One million dollar for the upkeep of our constituencies? Stealing under NDC was so glaring that they dare anyone to challenge them.
  
  Mahama and NDC came to loot and share. They have drained the treasury.
