Notice, from our list, the wart-infested Rawlingsian Constitution is top of the agenda for review and revision, Ghana-Centered, No. 2 in fact, after MP Kobina Tahir "Hybrid" Hammond and his fear for the FOI bill.

To wit:
(1) Ensure that from Day One, the Adansi-Asokwa MP Kobina Tahir "Hybrid" Hammond speaks only for himself and the people in that constituency who returned him to parliament

(2) Tear down the warts-infested Rawlingsian Constitution and rebuild the Constitution utilizing work product(s) already funded and paid for by Ghanaians as tax payers, in the name of the People of Ghana themselves who are the Sovereign.

In other words, any refuge by the NPP in that Rawlings Constitution tells us the NPP government, this second time around, may not be that serious.

These ideas are also more relevant than Lungu's own anachronistic chants about Nkrumah's arrant dictatorship.

Of course, Prof. Lungu was right on the money. I presented my Xmas hamper of wishes to Mahama on 22 Dec. 2012 and I see no reason why Nana shouldn't be presented such wishes too.

After all, we're jubilating in mourning that Mahama and the NDC has lost and NPP has won. We just want Nana to turn our mourning into a joyous ending in the course of his four years rule with his Yen Akanfo bigots and scumbags as cheerleaders.

Have you ever read me advocating the superiority of any ethnic group over the others in Ghana? Have you ever read me indulging in blanket insults of any ethnic group? Haven't you ever read me blasting some people I presuemed to be Ewes who indulged in wholesale abuse of Asantes, for something one of theose scumbags wrote, without even knowing that the scumbag is an Asante? I did exactly that yesterday on Ahoofe's article, where you'd find a rather long piece by me sketching things to come. Go and read it.

As for Nana succeeding, that's the wish of myself too. As I have been saying, I am jubilating in mourning, and very much hope my sadness shall end in happiness, not tears. As I wrote way back in Dec. 2012, in spite of all the negatives said and about Nana, he'd be a fool if he doesn't confound all by becoming the best President after Nkrumah that Ghana ever had. The problem is the baggage he is carrying - the screwballs, scumbags and property grabbers.

Nkrumah didn't carry that much baggage, and, I tell you, there were dirty stuff a lot. Just home this early Oct. to see my elderly mum, some of her unhappy remininces were about how she went with Papa to greet the Nkrumah Minister with the big nose and the man just entered his car and left them outside. Why? It turned out he was the mastermind or among the Ministers who were sending that djato, Lindsay, to Papa to pressurise him to allow the siphoning of money through the Workers Brigade, for a share of it. Of course, Papa refused, or I wouldn't be here writing about it; hence all the petty punishments they meted out to him, including refusing to authorise payment of his full contract remuneration. Not even all were paid after winning cases at the court in the 1970s. Everything is therefore in the public records.

I won't therefore sit down unconcerned and continue to allow some dirty-minded, ignorant Akan bigots insult the memory of my father simply because their ancestors were bigger slave traders! What have they done to be proud of? To make them think they are better human beings? Just tell me! And when one complains about their ethnocentric insults, then one is also called a bigot with inferiority complex? Tweah! You must be nuts! You haven't seen anything yet!

Before the elections, the Fair-Trade Oil Share Ghana (FTOS/Gh/PSA) Campaign, in private communications and consultations with several staff of CHRAJ, learned that CHRAJ would not be inclined to take up the matter of $6 billion loss in oil revenue through crooked contract system under the Mills/Mahama administration for what we consider as pathetic, sneering reasons.

That was before Mahama lost authority/power.

So, unless Mr. Mahama is a worse fool than some people think, he knows that there will soon be cases against him/his NDC government before CHRAJ and it will be up to the "new) CHRAJ leader to decide what CHRAJ will do.

That is the only reason why with all the time he had, almost 1 year, Mr. Mahama never bothered to appoint a permanent Chair long after that lady was booted out for spending all that money at a private hotel.

Mahama is seeking to pack the deck in his favor.

That is wrong.

That is not ethical.

CHRAJ as an institution is too important to Ghana.

If there is one glaring defect of the Mahama administration it has to do with his penchant for obstructing justice.Oppression of vulnurable and defenseless citizens was very much in place under this regime.The Mahama Government consciously and deliberatly violated or impeded the principle of rule of law and natural justice to allow festering corruption and illigalities with executive government interest.The number of cases involving public officials suppressed in our high courts because of government interest are countless besides the glaring cases of direct presidential interference as in Woyome and montie 3.The hallmark of executive corruption that suggest autocrasm and dictatorship in the most undemocratic manner is judicial interference by the president.I don't see how different John Mahama is from the notorious Ugandan dictator and autocrat General Iddi Amin Dada who often swept off the judiciary and took arbitrary decisions bothering on heinous crime and human rights abus e.The only difference is that the Mahama Administration with his hands tied in organized crime indirectly take up fights on behalf of corrupt public officials and government functionaries through a defunct,corrupt and bias AG Department operating under the whims and caprices of government. It beats my imagination as to why the AG is quick to cover rot in public institutions involving high profile public officers with links to the presidency.It is even more astonishing when these top public officials are involved in heinous crimes like unlawful dismissals in such public institutions to cover corruption.There have been so many instances of persecution ostensibly to cover corruption of various magnitude in numerous public institutions under this government. Of major concern is the fact that the AG department of Ghana condone and connive in corruption with the blessing of central government that ensures such cases of crass illegalities are never exposed not to talk of initiating investigations.I have to state with a very heavy heart that the AG incredibly concoct and fabricate defenses against all odds to defend corrupt public officials involved in heinous crimes that grossly violate the fundamental rights of others.It is explicitly clear and reasonable to conclude that top public officials with the help of central government under this regime sort to create fear and panic,a culture of silence among surbordibates to allow organized crime to flourish in public institutions.The Ghana Health Service alone,one example of institutional corruption have two cases bothering on serious corruption tantaunant to criminality and gross violation of rights of surbordinates through naked abuse with impunity suppressed with the help of the AG.One of such case bothers on the dismissal of a medical practitioner callously and falsely implicated with a mental illness and dismissed on the bases of same.The dismissal was wrong and illegal in many ways;1.One because it bothers on corruption that saw a teenager died because she could not afford a bribe of GH.C50 that ensured she was denied emergency blood transfusion and died because she could not afford the illegal fee.The doctor was subsequently blamed for the widely followed unfortunate demise of Patience Sakpetey on both traditional and social media.2.Because the HOD of Internal Medicine,Dr.Richard Anthony who initiated his dismissal by writing spurious letters against him was then flirting with his girl friend taking advantage of a feud between them.3.Because a final report had cleared the doctor as having no any mental illness after forced against his will to go for numerous assessments. The Report was hidden from him for years until the intervention of CHRAJ,western region.In the midst of all these the Director General Ebenezah Appiah Denkyira will sign a letter dismissing the doctor through an indefinite suspension in less than a month of assuming post without any audience ascribing it to his refusal to have further assesment and treatment of a so-called 'possible delusional disorder'.The doctor 's refusal to withdraw the case in court in an attempt to clear his name pitched him directly against the Mahama Government following an abortive attempt by then Health Minister Sherrey Ayittey in an attempt to convince him to do so.We saw instances where he was humiliated and insulted by party functionaries through a determined government propaganda to blackmail him in the midst of gross abuse and infringement to his rights to work and earned a living having being callously and unlawfully dismissed just because he spoke against senseless ,heartlesd corruption that killed a patient because she could not afford an illegal fee of GH.C50.Under this Same DG Appiah Denkyira,a high profile director of the GHS who forced a young lady into sex infecting her with the HIV/AIDS virus in a sex for job scandal have been left off the hook and the rot tentatively covered to protect the director much to the detriment of an innocent,defenseless poor young Lady who wanted to earns means only to sacrifice her life.In deed a good number of prople who rallied behind Nana and hit the ground to campaign vigorously for him have been serious victims of extreme injustice,oppression and gross abuse by a government who careless about the rule of law and the fundamental rights of its citizenry.The laudable idea of independent prosecutor was a clear indication to his commitment to fighting corruption and illigalities practically legalized by the John Mahama Government that only favoured the rich and powerful but seriously detrimental to the ordinary ,defenseless citizens.Arbitrarily missplication of power,abuse and oppression of powerless citizens in various forms by the affluent and influential under the incumbent government in the face of the law created disaffection in the eyes of hungry,angry suffering masses witnessing oppression with impunity in public institutions.The justice system under the Mahama administration was extremely selective and inherently biased towards power wilding oligarchs often the villains in cases of excessive abuse and gross violation of the rights of subordinates in public institutions. One of the things the new government must do is to simply scrape off the AG which is just a convenient blanket used by corrupt public officials and government functionaries to cover massive organized crime in public institutions.A reorientation should ensure that any body including the independent prosecutor should be more proactive in prosecuting corrupt public officials rather than running to court to defend such white collar criminals in the midst of overwhelming evidence pointing to corruption and illegslities on their part.

I wish you had paragraphed your piece to though, to enable easier reading.

Yes, several cases have been suppressed under him, through the agency of those in govt. or near him. A case in point is the contempt case brought against the Awoamefia impostor Patrick Agboba, the later Kofi Awoonor, Abodakpi and others by some leaders of the Adzorvia royal clan of Anlo. Mahama's lawyer Tony Lithur is one of the culprits lawyers. They have used all kinds of strategies and pressures to subvert the case, knowing that the accused were guilty of the offence, which even involved false imprisonment of a court bailiff on official duty in other to prevent him from delivering and interlocutory injunction on them! The state should be prosecuting such an act of arrogant lawlessness not private citizens but Mahama and his NDC rather preferred to hush up the case and so the AG and the Chief Justice acquisced. It is a bloody shame on all over of them.
