Look at the arrival gates and one thing I hate is any fool parading as police officer or a soldier can enter the airport and even unto the tarmac to welcome a friend or a family member!! You called this improvement?? I was a kid when we left ,but I remember very well that time and day. It was my first time boarding a plane and this is something I'll never forget!! Which many of you will agree with me, first time of your most things are very hard to forget. So pls don't say that,I haven't been to Ghana since 1995. My first visit was 2008!!

Rockson is correct! There are simple measures that can be adopted to ease the flow at immigration. Might I suggest a flashing light also to be considered, with a simple message that says 'OPEN/AVAILABLE' at the top of the booth?
