  Indeed, the problem is an ugly international problem which that unserious Minister of Education, one of the many non-performing, non-political and non-NDC Ministers Mahama unwisely appointed didn't consider tackling. Those Ministers were completely out of touch with realities and the people, esp. the NDC grassroots. They therefore did not have an urgent need to perform and please them. And since Mahama himself doesn't know how to get them to work and crack the whip if they are not doing so, the rot was left untended.
  
  I hope the incoming administration takes these issues seriously and tackle them. Even on this Ghanaweb, there are adverts offering to write theses for people. That's wrong. There are sites you can get printed for you any degrees and transcripts from any university of your choice. Action is needed to stop Ghanaians patronising them.

  Surely, when folks do not have requisite qualification, Ghana loses greatly when those persons pad their resumes/CVs just so they can get ahead of the employment line.
