  Unless Akufo-Addo wants to be a tyrant, he needs first to finish the work on the Constitution.
  
  Nobody in Ghana, not even an elected president, ought to decree that they will allocate $1 million to each constituency, when that policy itself is flawed intellectually.

  WE SAY: What exactly does Mr. Bernard Asubonteng want us to understand by that word, "OPERATIONS"?

  And if the "Western Region (is) the emerging industrial oil hub of Ghana...", and needs all this attention, what is Akufo Addo going to do for the areas in Ghana that have historically been the "hub of economic activity", and still is?

  QUESTION: Does this in-coming NPP team know that there is a discipline called Regional Planning which is a subset of National Development Planning?
