  Exterior/external walls of buildings are always built with reinforced materials but not hollow cum substandard materials as hereby alleged.
  
  We should not accept substandard constructions on the grounds and beliefs of "this is the way of doing things in Ghana". Have buildings not collapsed in Ghana killing many people because of how badly they were constructed with inferior building materials and without proper architectural engineering supervision?
  
  A shopping mall collapsed in Accra a few years back due to the same lack of supervisory attention during the construction of the building.
  
  This should not be allowed to happen at Kumawu. Once the reported defects at the Kumawu hospital are confirmed, then I shall recommend all the hospitals claimed to have been constructed by the outgoing President Mahama and his corrupt NDC government are subjected to same investigations to establish whether or not the buildings have same or similar structural defects.

  Yes, buildings have collapsed before. Architects, Engineers and all construction specialists have all signed off on these drawings prior to construction, thus making them legally liable.

  The main contractor executing this project is also very much liable.
  This is not the first hospital built with this type of material. Others have been built elsewhere.

  By the way what century is this? Go to Holland and find out the material used most lately for construction. Do you guys want to go back to asbestos laden materials and metal/lead containing steel pipes? Come on, give us a break. With the advent of Solar panels, Microchips, and advances made in science, you guys should not disgrace yourselves on social media, for there is proven technology behind that if the allegation is true. With the humidity and conservation of energy, that will keep the indoor of the facility much cooler as required in hospitals to curb the growth of microorganisms.
  Kumawuman appreciate what President Mahama has done for us; we look forward to what Nana Addo will continue to do. God bless them both.

I invite you to enlighten yourself with the different construction methods and technologies used around the world today, particularly in North America and Across Europe and improve your knowledge and understanding of construction before you make any further statements. Your authority on this matter is very limited, regardless of which government initiated the project.
