U see Opoku you are in the dark. UPSA team are the smartest of all business schools in Ghana. Let me tell you why? In this modern world of business education, programmatic accreditation is the prerequisite.And in the world as at now ,there are only two based in USA. they are ACSBP and AACSB. All the top business schools in the world for that matter USA have one or two of these accreditation. Now a university from Africa, barely eight years old has positioned itself in the global business education scene and was accredited by one of the programmatic accreditation which is recognized by CHEA. Among all the business schools in Ghana , thus UGBS,UCC and KNUST, UPSA had outsmarted all of them in global positioning now and let me tell you one,most UPSA graduates are trooping to the USA for their masters particulaly their BSC accounting. This is the secret,these student are easily getting admission into US business MSC programs purposely to write CPA.So now you see the mad rush for UPSA particularly for those who want to be chartered accountants in the USA? Mr Opoku,UPSA certificates are more recognized than the rest . And there is an easy path to becoming a chartered accountant thus CPA in the USA.Now more international students are pouring in just to pursue their bsc accounting, because so far that is the hottest program in that school.

Note that ACSBP is useless. There is none of the top Financial Times 100 business schools in the world in there. All schools in there are phony like UPSA. Ghanaians just talk without doing the due diligence. In fact it is a joke. There is not more than 5 ACCSB schools in Africa and most of them are in south africa. There is no way UPSA can be accredited. Note you can buy an AACSB accreditation. Even the phony nature of UPSA management will disqualify it. The process is rigorous for any business school in Ghana to go through. Schools in Ghana do not have the necessary structures. That is why phony accreditation bodies like ACSBP is sprung up to lure accreditation-minded/hungry schools like UPSA. How many faculty members have even published in an ISI-listed journals and you are talking about AACSB accreditation. UGBS is not even close. Please do not be fooled into believing that UPSA can get this. who accepts ACBSP in business education? UPSA cannot even qualify for the newly minted African accreditation- AABS which UGBS and GIMPA are part of. Please stop this untruth and don't talk about this to serious business school academics.

In switzerland,university education is open. that is private sector also can participate and it is legal but they would not get funding from swiss gov.That was how IMD and SMC came about. both are programmatically accredited by acsbp and aacsb and even IMD went further for tripple accreditation thus ambas,equis aacbs but both schools were not accredited by swiss gov.Can somebody tell us the reason why??? prosper tsikata and dotse are the most stupid son of Ghana. all those they were trying to smear or damage their reputation are all products of UGBS, who went for DBA in switzerland. Does it mean that they didnt know better so that he tsikata a UCC idiot knew better than?? those idiot who found themselves in the USA inner city university called vadolsta and they dont know what to do with themselves career wise but now resorted to taking big bribes from UPSA fierce competitors to conduct quark investigation to damage reputation. why is it that all the authorities treated their work with the utmost contempt. Almost all the lecturers had their first and second degree at UG.
