  3. The institution of the Council-of-State is an unnecessary burden and a drain on the limited financial and capital resources of the country. This friggin institution drains/cost the country Ghc 8.2 million a year, at 13K a Month salary, And yet, nurses and teacher trainees aren't paid for Months or Years!

  so will Nana Addo's council of state be also taken as a rubber stamp whatever ? a new council of state has to be set up to suit Nana Addo ? Until the present is dissolved , he has no other choice than to work with them.
