  Couldn't this have been sent to Ken under confidentiality? Well written article with tons of valuable factors to be validated. However, one is wondering why this is being shared with the entire world instead of a selected few within the echelons of the party. I don't get the rationale behind this... unless the honorable Amoako - Tuffour was expecting to drive each of these things himself..... What am I missing here??
