  All of you commenting here completely miss the point. She is muslim and must cover herself as befitting a muslim married woman period. Why was she covering herself during the campaign? she knews it's significance. But now that they have succeeded, she's choosing to dress like an unbeliever. And it's not jealousy that makes people talk but rather the hypocrisy of it all.
