So, why don't you ask Kobina Tahir "Hybrid" Hammond to help Ghana quickly pass a strong FOI act, and let's see what happens?

I AM INCLINED TO BELIEVE THAT MARTIN AMIDU HAS ALL THE EVIDENCES TO PROVE HIS ALLEGATION. IF PARLIAMENT FAILS TO INVITE HIM HE CAN AVAIL HIMSELF TO THE SUPREME COURT TO GIVE EVIDENCE.

What the heck is this call for? Who said parliamentarians are less evil than the executive? When Amidu was stream-rolling the executive he was getting all the applause. No one, I mean not a single idiot found it ok to ask for evidence. Parliamentarians were busily outdoing each other in calling Amidu a saint. Now that the guns are in their direction they are crying wolf.

I have read many of Amidu's allegations of corruption against members of the past government, but am yet to read about concrete evidence to support the allegations. I am of the view that when you make an allegation you should back it up with concrete evidence, or you should send your evidence to the CHRAJ and inform the public about what you have done. Personally I do not believe the allegations he has put out in the media because there is no evidence. Anyone can make up stories about what they perceive is going on and publish it. But we as the public must start asking questions and demand that evidence be submitted. There is too much perception thing going on. Very soon the new government is going to start facing the same accusations without evidence. What happens then? Are we going to believe them or not? Are we going to say because it is NPP we dont believe it? We must start holding these so called vigilantes to do the right thing and submit the evidence.
