  Where is Ghana Police when these NPP hooligans have taken the law into their hands? Is Ghana Police waiting for an order from Akufo-Addo to curb the violence?
  
  In fact, the title of this article smacks of ignorance of the ideals of democratic principles. If democracy is government of the people, by the people, and for the people, why single out Akufo-Addo as standard for which people should be measured? Our democratic institutions must be empowered to act irrespective of the government in power. Until this is achieved, Ghana cannot be called a democracy.
