  But seriously, there is a way to fix this culture, albeit constitutionally dictated, of I am entitled to a facility here, a facility there kind of senseless business.
  We can all agree that if the State will be providing for those facilities all over the place and it is the Ghanaian taxpayer who would be picking up the tab for such obscenity, we must at least have a say where these facilities will be sited and constructed.
  And the major criteria will be reviewing about three or four credible and independent reports as well that of the Local Gov't Ministry and using the report or assessment of districts, and selecting about three, in the worst shape ever, with the worst of everything and erecting a glorious edifice within the district as a testament of their tenure and relocating them them.
  If they don't want to be resettled within those districts and feel they need those assets of state which they most recently occupied mostly in Accra, then they might as well address such personal cravings and wants without recourse to the taxpayer and the state.
  It's not a problem at all, so if it is Karaga, Gushiegu, Central Tongu, Sekyere Afram Plains South etc, etc that are the worst districts, oh yes, a residence and office are constructed and the keys handed to them sweetly and nicely.
  That's all that is required to fix this thieving spectacle of crassness. As to why it has not been done all this while is inconceivable. It is not late at all and it can be initiated with Mahama since he had arrogated to himself the Estate Officer of the State to be ordering the VP of Ghana, where he could and could not take up residence, in his arrogant retort that he should move to Australia House like he had the authority.

  Would you not deem Ghanaians to be foolish if Kufour was as honest and pure as snow and yet him and the NPP got thrown out until now?
