  I hate to say this but the only way to end this canker is to nullify the endemnity inserted in our 1992 Constitution and bring Rawlings and all the PNDC 1&2 government to trial. For the fact that they killed people for indulging in corruption and then turned around to do the same and even worse especially ET Mensah is what has changed the country to the worst.
