  All the three reasons you give seem to be connected with men. There's is nothing natural in women, rather than men, wearing heels. It's just like it's not natural for women to wear skirts, earrings or long hair. Men could as well wear any of these. It's natural for women to wear brassieres because it keeps their breasts in shape.
  
  So women wearing heels is something imposed on women by men. It is an effect of patriarchy that happened a long time ago. Today heels are associated with femininity as a result. When women are fully equal to men, they will continue wearing brassieres but they will not need to wear heels. They will still exude feminine attraction without the heels. And women in pornographic films will not have to wear heels whiles being screwed.
