  If a situation causes concern, be it mild disgruntlement or serious frustration, we should understand that our concern indicates that we need to act, responsibly. Maybe you have a first-hand knowledge of the specifics of the celebration otherwise I am inclined to believe you're just crying wolf. Until the President reacted to the people's concern about the celebration I was opposed to the idea because I believed there's nothing to celebrate. I thought he sounded convincing enough about keeping the cost very low so what are you upset about? Everything you've said here is just plain conjecturing and speculation. Maybe you were not listening to the President. Yielding to an impulse, without giving ourselves time to see it through clearly, can set us up for guilt or regret. We can always choose to speak or not. If we remind ourselves that free speech was a hard - won right, we may have more respect for the way we enjoy it.

  Mr. President please stop the madness. Ghana has nothing to show for 60 years of independence. The money should be used to create jobs for the thousands of homeless youth. A word to the wise is enough.
