    Unfortunately Competence has not been a criteria otherwise some people would not have ever become ministers.
    Lets not waste time on these things but lets get the conditions for becoming a minister beefed up

    The public needs to know much about the nominees. So every question can be of relevance if nominees exercise restraint and offer an answer which has relevance to the question.
