I have elsewhere written a piece on what the US' Donald Trump has done and can say here that there is much to worry about, especially if we view things from a wider angle.

In a way, those NPP people who are quick to draw parallels should tell us what their Akufo-Addo has been able to do to stamp his authority on governance.

Of course, he has swiftly nominated cronies and family members to assist him. Happenings at their vetting speak volumes.

Beyond that level, the hooliganism being displayed by his followers is a threat to public order, which he isn't saying or doing anything about.

The Police are not sure how to go about dealing with those hooligans because of fear that they would be branded as NDC elements and victimized.

Meantime, the wanton removal of public officials from post is the norm. Others are stepping away on their own without waiting to be humiliated. Is that what service to one's country should lead to?

In the Ghanaian situation under Akufo-Addo, a dark cloud hangs. Let somebody prove me wrong with evidence to the contrary. I rest my case for now.

I have some questions to ask the writer.If you decide to put up a storey building, I believe there are stages you would follow before getting your building or would your building just land for you to occupy it?

Secondly,the writer has not been fair with Nana Addo,the president of Ghana.It is too early to judge him,give him at least 2years of his term and finally his fourth year and then you could build a case out.
