Then NDC Deputy Minority leader, James Klutse Avedzi, Also said the amount is $5.0M. Now the NDC General Secretary is saying the amount is $3.5M. It is only the NPP that has remained constitent with $13.9 so far. It appears the NDC is not saying the truth. They are doing thisto defend Thief Mahama at all cost.

And somebody wants to tell me,Mr Mahama is a humble man.
Recently six schools kids were killing after their school building collapsed on them.
So how will one reconcile this,at a time when the then President was dashing out V8 Vehicles like tofee just to win the elections?
Not even one single bore hole was sunked at Bole Bamboi for the folks there,yet the then President who happens to a son of the village felt no guilt to have about 17 luxury Cars waiting on him at any giving time.

Well,many of us keep saying he is incorruptible but some of us said that is not true,he was part of the government and even presided over part of the payment to Woyome but when he was fired he turned himself to a so called crusader against corruption and here we are since they did not make him the so called Special Prosecutor and knowing he will lose that case to Woyome he went to withdraw the case,a joker of all jokers.
I'm wondering why the Supreme Court that always imposing fines on Woyome and others even if they withdrew a motion did not fine Amidu for wasting the time of the court for all these years especially when he started this nonsense of taking over the job of the Attorney General,they recently a week or two ago fined a lawyer 5,000 cedis for withdrawing a motion,for removing Martin Amidu's name as a defendant in the case the man brought to challenge the constitutionality of a single judge presiding over a constitutional matter but will not fine Amidu even a dime for wasting time for the court,that case should continue because it affects everyone including the judges and every government otherwise it will be a precedent for one judge in the Supreme Court to rule on a more serious case that could affect the country,Supreme Court is not a Magistrate or Circuit court,shame on them.
As for that Attorney General under President Mahama,the least said about her the better, I wrote about that action she took in this forum before the election and here we are,we lost which she largely contributed to,first, even those of us far away from Ghana wrote she was going to lose the appeal to Woyome and experts advised her but she did not listen and she lost miserably and then about two months to election these clueless woman went to court to orally examined Woyome but made a U-Turn to withdraw the case which prompted Amidu to consider going to continue to where she left off, something he did not even think about from the beginning which reignited the Woyome issue which even the NPP was not using prominently in their campaign,even now President Akuffo Addo never used it in his campaign,only Bawumia mentioned it few times,that woman really helped NPP win the election,shame on her.

Amidu as a citizen took up the case which was within his rights as a citizen to do when the then attorney general refused to enforce the order of the court to retrieve the money fraudulently obtained by Woyome. All That Amidu is saying is that there is a new administration and for that matter a new attorney general who has the responsibility to retrieve the money. Now Gloria akuffo (New attorney general) has not indicated she is not interested in enforcing the court order as the previous AG did under the Mahama administration.
If she does that any citizen of Ghana will have the right to stand up and defend the state (of course with their own resources). Remember Amidu was not being paid to retrieve that money for the state. And yet there was an AG who was being paid to do just that and refused to do it.I sincerely believe Amidu should be commended and not condemend

Martin Amidu was REALLY hoping that the new president will appoint him to a position of either AG or special prosecutor, unfortunately, none of the positions eluded him. So he now realized that the new president hasn't seen any usable brain matter left in his (Amidu's) head. So he quickly made this U-turn.
